3A SMMM CONSSULTING DATA PROTECTION POLICY
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law numbered 6698 (“PDPL”), your personal data will be processed by our Company, as the Data Controller, within the framework described below, for the purposes related to the business, such as being used, recorded, stored, updated, transferred, and/or classified. In this context, our Company, in compliance with the Law and Regulations regulating the protection of personal data to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, particularly the privacy of private life, takes all technical and administrative measures to ensure an appropriate level of security to prevent the unlawful processing, access, and storage of your personal data.
The target audience of this text is all real persons whose personal data are processed by our Company, except for our Company’s employees or job candidates who have applied to our Company.

The personal data processed as the data controller, without being limited to the ones stated here, include:

Name, surname, Turkish ID number, address, phone number, email address, signature, physical location/security camera recording, call center/service quality audio recording, bank account number, cookie records.

The purposes and legal reasons for the processing of personal data; Your personal data shared by you;

To benefit you and/or the institutions and organizations you represent from the products and services offered by our Company, to determine and implement the commercial and business strategies of our Company, to carry out necessary studies, including but not limited to conducting marketing activities, business development, and planning activities, To conduct administrative operations related to communication conducted by our Company, To ensure the physical security and supervision of the locations used by our Company, To establish business partner/customer/supplier (authorized or employees) relationships, To ensure the fulfillment of the contractual requirements and financial reconciliation regarding the products and services offered together with our business partners, suppliers, or other third parties, To execute our Company’s human resources policies, For contacting our call center or using the internet page of our Company and/or

To participate in the training, seminar, or events organized by our Company.

The method of collection and storage of personal data; Your personal data shared with our Company can be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through methods, including but not limited to offices, branches, call centers, websites, social media channels, mobile applications, and similar means, automatically or non-automatically. Your personal data will be stored in electronic and/or physical environments. Measures are taken to design business processes and develop technical security infrastructure to prevent your personal data obtained and stored by our Company from unauthorized access, manipulation, loss, and damage.

Your personal data will be processed with all necessary information security measures taken without being used outside the purposes and scope communicated to you and will be stored and processed for the period required by the processing purpose or, if such period is not foreseen, during the time required by the processing purpose. At the end of this period, your personal data will be removed from the data flows of our Company by deletion, destruction, or anonymization methods.

Transfer of Personal Data;

Your personal data may be transferred to third parties, both domestically and abroad, within the scope of the laws and other regulations and the disclosed purposes;

To 3A SMMM Consulting companies, To the companies acting on behalf of our Company, to our representatives, To regulatory and supervisory institutions, public institutions or organizations that are explicitly authorized to request your personal data in their laws, To business partnerships, suppliers, and contractors, banks, credit risk, and financial institutions, and other real or legal persons, limited to the specified purposes, To tax and similar advisors, legal persons and organizations, and consultants, including auditors, and without limitation to these, with whom we have received consultancy services, domestically and abroad, for the purposes specified above in this text.

Your rights under Article 11 of the PDPL; By applying to our Company, you have the rights to;

Learn whether your personal data are processed, Request information if your personal data have been processed, Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose, To know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred domestically/abroad, Request the correction of your incomplete/wrongly processed personal data, Request the deletion/ destruction of your personal data within the framework of Article 7 of the PDPL, Request notification of the operations performed as a result of your requests made pursuant to subparagraphs (e) and (f) of Article 11 of the PDPL to third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred, Object to the occurrence of a result against you by means of exclusively automated systems, If you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing, to demand the compensation of the damage.

In accordance with Article 13 of the PDPL, you can submit your request to exercise your abovementioned rights in writing to our Company or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

To exercise your aforementioned rights, you can submit your request personally with the necessary identification information, send it through a notary public, or send it securely electronically signed to bildirim@3asmmm.com
